Job Summary:
- We are looking for an Indian Production Lead to manage daily factory production operations, workers, and shop-floor activities.
- This role is hands-on and execution-focused, including shop-floor production planning, not design or site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily factory production operations.
- Supervise workers and foremen on shop floor.
- Plan and sequence production orders based on actual capacity.
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Handle daily production issues and delivery pressure.
- Follow up basic production maintenance.
- Prepare simple daily & weekly production reports.
