Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Baseline Development

• Lead the preparation of project baseline schedules for newly awarded EPC projects using Primavera P6.
• Develop detailed manpower and equipment histograms to support efficient resource planning.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, mobilization, execution, and final handover or demobilization.

2. Progress Monitoring and Performance Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR, WPR, MPR), supported by clear executive dashboards.
• Monitor site progress against the approved baseline, identify variances, and recommend practical mitigation or recovery actions.
• Develop recovery or crash schedules when required to maintain or restore project timelines.

3. Financial and Contractual Management

• Establish and manage project budgets while advising management on cost control and optimization strategies.
• Reduce financial losses by controlling idle manpower hours and equipment downtime.
• Manage the project billing process, including preparation and submission of interim and final invoices.
• Lead the preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including detailed delay analysis and supporting justification.
• Identify, evaluate, and process change orders and variation orders arising from scope modifications.

4. Project Execution and Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, and Quality Control teams to ensure alignment across all functions.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with the approved baseline schedule and defined project scope.

• Residential , Pipeline construction or infrastructure projects
• Civil Works ,Earthworks and site preparation
• Road construction and civil works
• EPC building projects (industrial and commercial)
