🌟 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
🔹 Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
🔹 Prepare and process shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
🔹 Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal departments
🔹 Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping procedures
🔹 Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
🔹 Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and internal databases
🔹 Resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth and efficient operations
🔹 Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
🔹 Good knowledge of shipping, customs, and transportation procedures
🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
🔹 Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
