Key Requirements:
- Experience in networking troubleshooting.
- (maintaining server, firewall set up, door access control set up).
- (LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi configuration, basic router/switch setup).
- Experience in physical troubleshooting.
- (PC hardware repair, printer issues, device diagnostics).
- Proficient in installing software and performing system upgrades.
- (Windows OS, drivers, business applications).
- Can handle pressure and support the team effectively.
- (fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills).
