Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred majors):
- Petroleum Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling engineering and drilling operations.
- Quality and safety inspection of drilling service contractors.
- Drilling operations supervision and coordination.
Selection Criteria:
- Strong understanding of drilling operations and international industry standards.
- Experience working within drilling operational environments.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening and technical writing abilities.
- Strong operational and safety awareness.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
