Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management – Maintaining and updating personnel files and HR databases.
  • Leave Tracking – Managing leave requests.
  • HR Policy Compliance – Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support in Payroll Preparation – Providing necessary data and documentation for payroll processing.
  • Employee Support – Addressing staff inquiries and assisting with HR-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Language: Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Nationality: Saudi national.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
