Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Dammam. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead business strategy and development, and ensure adherence to industry and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing operational efficiency, fostering client relationships, and identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with international safety regulations and supporting continuous business improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Leadership and management skills with experience in team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making
• Knowledge of lifting, rigging, or related industrial equipment and compliance with safety and testing standards
• Strong operational and organizational skills for optimizing day-to-day operations and resource allocation
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and business development strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the rigging or industrial sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
