• Location: Riyadh
• Management Responsibility: Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Experience Level: less than 2 years.

Key Tasks:

• Administer delivery plans and processes.
• Perform assigned tasks and activities to provide effective dispatch and delivery of shipments within targeted timelines.
• nsure timely arrival and departure of shipments and minimize transit times between pickup/delivery locations.
• As per deviations from timelines inform customer in case of delays.
• Follow established reporting and documentation processes to achieve visibility on pick-up/ delivery activities.
• Study dispatch/ delivery processes and transportation solutions to recognize and report inefficiencies.
• Resolve recurring issues, and suggest enhancements to drivers work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness, efficiency and cost control.

Stakeholders:

• Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area.
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function.
• Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge.
