Sinopec is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Aramco Oil & Gas Project team in Saudi Arabia.

• Location: Haradh, Eastern Province

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE management systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco HSE standards and Saudi regulations.
• Lead site safety management and supervise the HSE team.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Organize HSE training and promote safety awareness on site.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors on HSE matters.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years HSE experience, with Aramco project experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of oil & gas construction safety standards.
4. Relevant certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred).
5. Good communication and leadership skills.
6. Ability to work on remote project sites.
