Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all mechanical works across construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead site engineers and mechanical teams.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical construction or MEP projects.
- Strong background in construction project management.
- Experience managing large-scale building projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities and site teams.
