- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, specifically within large-scale construction (hospitality/hotels preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and {Link: Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data to forecast trends.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
- Salary: Negotiable
