- Location: Jeddah
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical systems, including both high voltage and low voltage.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHU, FAHU, and FCU.
- Good experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in plumbing systems, as well as firefighting and fire alarm systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in building facility maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to prepare reports and handle email correspondence effectively.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all building systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and address issues promptly.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance work.
