We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Officer to manage, grow, and expand our IT business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new IT business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage existing clients and strengthen long-term relationships
• Promote IT products and services to potential clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Develop and execute business development strategies within the Saudi Arabian market
• Generate high-value business leads for AI solutions, advanced integrated systems, and data center offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi government entities, ministries, Saudi Aramco, and major enterprises
• Identify opportunities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives
• Expand AI-driven solutions and data center services across multiple sectors
• Collaborate with partner IT companies to position and deliver advanced solutions
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and support bid and RFP processes

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian IT market (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success working with government, ministries, Saudi Aramco, and large corporations.
• Strong network and relationships within the Saudi public and enterprise sectors.
• Proven ability to generate and close IT and AI-related business opportunities.
• Solid understanding of AI solutions, data centers, cloud, and integrated IT systems.
• Documented history of successful business development in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
