Requirements:
- Required candidates should have a clear track record in securing and pricing Commercial & Industrial projects in the 50M SR range.
- Must possess an extensive client base and network within the Eastern Province (Aramco, RC, and private developers).
- The role requires the ability to build & manage tendering department that utilizes standardized estimation software and rigorous risk-assessment procedures.
- Only candidates with a proven win-ratio and strong commercial/negotiation acumen will be entertained.
