Required Datta Entry/HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations and HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.)
  • Accurately enter data into computer systems or databases.
  • Review and verify data for errors or missing information.
  • Maintain and update records regularly.
  • Organize and manage files (digital and physical)
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security.
  • Prepare reports and basic summaries when required.
  • Handle large volumes of information with attention to detail.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify data when needed.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Must be Required.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
