We are seeking a results-driven Regional Project Manager with a strong field background to lead large-scale projects across Jeddah.
This is a high-impact role for professionals who excel in execution, leadership, and managing complex engineering environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Driving day-to-day operations across multiple project locations
• Controlling project performance in terms of cost, time, and quality
• Solving on-site technical issues and reviewing engineering outputs
• Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Leading teams and ensuring alignment with Saudization initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 8 to 12 years of relevant Civil Engineering experience
• Active SCE registration
• Practical exposure to at least three sectors:
Infrastructure, Roads, Buildings, Tunnels, or Solar Projects
• Previous involvement in government projects within Saudi Arabia
• Understanding of local municipality procedures in Jeddah (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
