IT & Digital Transformation Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and lead digital transformation initiatives within a financial institution regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
The role requires strong hands-on experience in servers, networks, and IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and high availability across all branches, while also supporting the organization’s technology development and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Active Directory environments.
• Ensure system availability and operational continuity across all branches.
• Oversee network security, firewalls, and access control policies.
• Manage backup systems and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
• Implement patch management and system updates in accordance with compliance requirements.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with the Information Security team to address vulnerabilities and regulatory observations.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and automation of internal processes.
• Manage relationships with core system vendors and external IT service providers.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements related to technology compliance and SAMA regulations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Plan and manage IT budgets and technology investments.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably within financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure management and enterprise systems.
• Experience in digital transformation and IT project management.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and IT governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
