Responsibilities:
- Arrange and allocate accommodation for employees based on company policy
- Coordinate check-in and check-out of employees in company housing
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, housing assignments, and inventory
- Inspect accommodations regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
- Handle employee concerns and requests related to housing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company housing regulations
- Manage housing supplies, furniture, and utilities
- Prepare reports on housing status, occupancy, and issues
- Liaise with landlords or property management (if applicable)
