Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced HR & Administration Executive with strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and hands-on experience in managing government portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance with local laws, managing employee-related government services, and coordinating with external stakeholders including vendors, agencies, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Portals & Compliance
- Qiwa / Mudad / GOSI / Chamber / Muqeem / Tamm / Saudi Business Centre, Etc.
2. HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database.
- Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Draft HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
3. Administration & External Coordination:
- * Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors.
- * Recruitment agencies.
- * Medical & Motor insurance yearly renewal.
4. Negotiation & Vendor Management:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with external parties.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare HR and compliance reports for management
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external inspections
- Track expiry of licenses, visas, and other critical documents
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in HR/Admin role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of government procedures in KSA.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Micro Soft Office and HR systems.
- Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
- ERP Software – Experience in Focus is preferred.
