Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FOC installation, splicing, and testing.
- Hands-on experience with OTDR testing, power meter, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure and fiber network standards.
- Experience working on STC projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand network drawings and schematics.
- Valid Iqama and transferable (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute FOC laying, splicing, termination, and testing activities.
- Perform OTDR testing and analyze test results.
- doing PAT with the consultant and subcontractor.
- Ensure all work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
- Supervise site teams and coordinate with project management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fiber network issues on-site.
