Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in fa?ade or cladding installation.
- Knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing, aluminium fa?ade, and cladding systems.
- Ability to read shop drawings and fa?ade details.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of site safety standards, especially working at heights.
- Work Environment
- Construction sites (commercial buildings, high-rise towers, malls, etc.).
- Work often involves outdoor conditions and height-related activities.
