Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Supervisor / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supervising operations and driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management in Manpower Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in supervision and/or business development.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
5. Must have valid Driving license – Saudi Arabia.
