Logistiq company looking for a Fleet Leader to join our growing logistics team and drive operational excellence across our last-mile fleet operations.
📍 Location: Riyadh,Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily fleet operations including dispatching, routing, and vehicle allocation
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and productivity
• Ensure fleet availability, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards
• Track operational KPIs such as OTD, utilization, and cost efficiency
• Handle driver onboarding, training, and performance management
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in fleet or logistics operations (Last Mile preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of fleet systems and operations
• Ability to manage drivers and handle field challenges
• Valid & Transferable Iqama is a must
Salary: SAR 6,000 to SAR 7, 000 (Based on experience)
