๐ Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | ๐ Full-Time | ๐ On-Site
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to Large Scale Infrastructure & Utilities Construction Projects. The preferred candidate will be proficient in Quantity Take Offs, Progress evaluation, Subcontractor invoices, claims and variations support, payment applications processing. Applicants must have deep knowledge of Electrical Systems (Power, Lighting, ELV / ICT , trunking etc.)

-Interim Payment Applications (IPA)
-Variations (VOs)
-Quantity reports and comparisons
-Evaluate subcontractor quantities & payment application.

Requirements:
Bachelorโs Degree: Electrical Engineering OR Quantity Surveying
Experience: 8 to 10 years in contracting firms as QS
Skills: Auto Cad, Revit, Excel & other quantity take-off software
