🔹 Experience supervising production operations and shopfloor teams
🔹 Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
🔹 Ability to coordinate daily production activities efficiently
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

🔹 Supervise daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
🔹 Manage and coordinate shopfloor workforce activities
🔹 Ensure production targets are achieved within required timelines
🔹 Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
🔹 Enforce health, safety, and operational procedures on the shopfloor
🔹 Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
🔹 Prepare daily production reports and performance updates
🔹 Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and production resources
