We are looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to support our ongoing projects in Riyadh.

Scope of Work:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems (Split AC, Package Units, AHU, FCU)
- Servicing of chillers and cold storage/freezer units.
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
- Gas charging, leak detection, and system diagnostics.
- Electrical and control troubleshooting related to HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC & refrigeration maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems and freezer units.
- Ability to handle AMC-based maintenance independently.
- Valid Iqama (Transferable preferred).
- Available in Riyadh for site visits.
Contract Type:
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
- Full-time / Project-based (flexible depending on agreement).
