We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor (MEP) to oversee and manage all mechanical works related to MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality installation, adherence to project specifications, and timely completion of works.

• Location: Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and procedures.
• Review material deliveries and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Assist in testing & commissioning and final handover processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP projects, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, VRF, etc.)
• Plumbing & drainage systems
• Firefighting systems (sprinklers, fire pumps, piping)
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and schematics.
• Familiar with international standards and local codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
