Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management and building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and daily operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Gulf experience preferred.
