Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store and restaurant operations
- Develop strategies and set goals to drive business growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance
- Lead employee performance evaluations
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve operational issues such as profit decline, staff conflicts, and competitive challenges
- Supervise both Front of House and Back of House operations, including kitchen performance and standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager or Restaurant Manager
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in high-end fine dining or casual dining concepts
- Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and restaurant performance metrics
- Hands-on experience in Back of House operations and kitchen management is essential
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership ability and team spirit
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic fluency is a plus)
- Strong product and food knowledge.
