We Are Hiring: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store and restaurant operations
  • Develop strategies and set goals to drive business growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance
  • Lead employee performance evaluations
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Resolve operational issues such as profit decline, staff conflicts, and competitive challenges
  • Supervise both Front of House and Back of House operations, including kitchen performance and standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Store Manager or Restaurant Manager
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in high-end fine dining or casual dining concepts
  • Strong knowledge of financial KPIs and restaurant performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience in Back of House operations and kitchen management is essential
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong leadership ability and team spirit
  • Experience managing multicultural teams
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic fluency is a plus)
  • Strong product and food knowledge.
