HR Coordinator

  • Location: Al Manakh – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Position: HR Coordinator ( Female – Filipina preferred)
  • Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle Ajeer system processes and documentation.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Support HR administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
  • Hands-on experience with Ajeer system.
  • Familiarity with attendance and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
