- Arabic Speakers PreferredLead end-to-end Problem Management, ensuring structured investigation and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), identify incident trends, and manage known errors with effective workarounds.
- Track corrective actions to closure and provide insights through reporting on trends, root causes, and improvements.
