We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing strategies for the brand and all branches.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including content calendars, postings, engagement, and performance.
- Create engaging and creative content for social media, ads, and marketing materials.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed campaign performance reports (KPIs, ROI, insights, recommendations).
- Generate creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis, specifically for the F&B sector.
- Improve and maintain the brand’s visual identity and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, management) to support campaigns and launches.
- Develop comprehensive monthly marketing plans including strategies, budgets, content, and objectives.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Mandatory experience in the F&B / Restaurant industry.
- Ability to create a full monthly and yearly marketing strategy and content calendar.
- Experience in brand management and visual consistency.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce trendy and engaging content.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in the F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools: Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Manager.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
