The candidate will manage mechanical works related to HVAC, firefighting systems, plumbing, and piping systems. The position involves coordination with the client, consultants, suppliers, and vendors, along with executing site operations and ensuring the timely completion of the project as per technical specifications.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in mechanical system design, execution, and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards for HVAC, firefighting systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to manage site teams and effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Skilled in the use of mechanical design software and other industry-related tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical system issues.
