Requirements (relevant to the role):
- Experience in FTTH / fiber projects
- Knowledge of fiber rollout activities, splicing, and testing
- Ability to manage site work, teams, and daily progress
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
