We are urgently hiring an experienced MEP FM Supervisor for an iconic project based in Jeddah.

• Location: Jeddah
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) – MEP
• Must have a transferable Iqama
• Immediate joiners only (within 1–2 days after selection)
• Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance operations (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
• Ensure effective preventive & corrective maintenance of all MEP systems
• Monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, pumps, and electrical panels
• Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for smooth FM operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within SLA timelines
• Maintain reports, logs, and documentation for all MEP activities
• Support energy management and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in an FM environment
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to supervise teams and manage site coordination
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
• Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 (based on experience)
• Accommodation & transportation provided by the company
• Working hours: 9 hours/day
• Weekly off: 1 day
