Key Responsibilities:

Quality & HSE Management Systems:

• Establish, implement, and monitor Corporate and Project QHSE Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage QHSE manuals, procedures, and project plans.

Client & Compliance:

• Prepare and submit QHSE documents for pre-qualification and project approvals.
• Act as the QHSE focal point for client coordination.
• Align corporate systems with client requirements.

Audits & Assurance:

• Plan and manage internal, client, and certification audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Monitor QHSE KPIs and report to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/regional roles.
• Experience in multi-project environments.
