We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Branch Supervisor to join our team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth and efficient café performance while maintaining high quality standards.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within cafés or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of café operations, including coffee preparation and service standards.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling cash registers and POS systems.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
