Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors
- Manage supplier relationships and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare procurement reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Handle risk management related to supply chain disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle Procurement Cloud)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or ISM
- Experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Familiarity with global sourcing and supply chain operations.
