We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive / Business Development Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales within the construction industry, preferably with experience in oil and gas projects.

• Location: Dammam

Requirements:

• 3- 5 years of experience in business development/marketing in the construction industry.
• Strong connections with major EPC companies and reputed clients.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Ability to work with targets and drive business growth.
• Experience in marketing civil, electromechanical works, manpower, and equipment rental services.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (Hindi is a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major clients (e.g., Sabic, Aramco).
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in EPC companies.
• Source projects and generate leads for civil, electromechanical works, manpower, and equipment rental.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project proposals and pitches.
• Achieve business targets and drive growth.
