We are currently seeking a highly experienced Interface Manager to join a prestigious high-rise construction project in Medina. This is an urgent requirement for a freelance role (no transfer).

• Position: Interface Manager
• Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
• Project Type: High-Rise Building (5-Star Hotel)

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interface Manager in large-scale construction projects
• Minimum involvement in at least 2 high-rise projects (G+20 floors or above)
• Prior experience in 5-star hotel construction projects is highly preferred
• Strong background in construction coordination and stakeholder management
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Open to freelance candidates only (no Iqama transfer required)
• Nationality restriction: Not open to Egyptian nationals
• Experience: Solid experience in construction and interface management within complex developments. GCC/KSA experience is an advantage

Skills:

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of high-rise construction processes.
