We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Civil Design Manager for a prestigious high-rise building project in Medina.

• Location: Madinah

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil and structural design coordination for high-rise development.
• Manage design teams, consultants, and engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Review and approve civil/structural drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/structural design.
• Proven experience in at least 2 high-rise projects (G+20 floors or above).
• Strong expertise in structural systems and high-rise construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, BIM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with 4-star hotel or villa project experience will also be considered, especially if scope and standards are comparable to 5-star developments.
• Available for immediate joining.
