Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Engineer located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some flexibility for remote work. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and managing civil and structural engineering aspects of projects. The role also involves collaborating with project teams for planning and implementing project timelines and maintaining effective communication with subcontractors to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing on-site operations and supervising construction activities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Extensive knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and tools (Autocad & Office).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to handle project challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out or similar projects is preferred.
