Khawas Al Halool Company is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / QS.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3–7 years of QS experience in construction/contracting projects
- Strong experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and site measurement
- Ability to read civil, architectural and MEP drawings
- Experience in interim payments, subcontractor billing, variations and claims
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings and project documents.
- Prepare and review BOQ — Bill of Quantities.
- Review civil, architectural and MEP drawings for quantity checking.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Assist in preparing claims and cost impact reports.
- Monitor project quantities, costs and budget.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and quantity reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, invoices and approved quantities.
- Support procurement team with quantity details for material orders.
