acility Engineer/Facility Coordinator Facility Management – Saudi Arabia
We are hiring Facility Engineer/Facility Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations across residential compounds, villas, malls, banquet halls, and commercial properties.
- Location: Jeddah
Job Role:
This role acts as the central link between site teams and management, ensuring smooth execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, performance tracking, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and contractor performance
- Manage CAFM system, work orders, and reporting
- Review schedules, manpower, and materials
- Handle escalations and support site supervisors
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
Requirements:
- Experience in Facility Management / MEP operations
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance planning
- Organized, proactive, and field-oriented
