Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to work at the Aramex office in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Handle and follow up on emails with the company
  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:

  1. Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  2. Good communication and customer service skills
  3. Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office)
  4. Professional appearance and attitude
  5. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
