NRTC is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Office Manager to join a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage daily office operations efficiently
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage management calendars
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle internal and external correspondence
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise reception and administrative support services
  • Support management in decision-making by preparing reports and providing accurate information
  • Manage priorities and coordinate effectively to support timely and efficient decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or executive secretarial rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a mustProfessional certifications are a plus
