NRTC is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Office Manager to join a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage daily office operations efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage management calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Handle internal and external correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise reception and administrative support services
- Support management in decision-making by preparing reports and providing accurate information
- Manage priorities and coordinate effectively to support timely and efficient decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or executive secretarial rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a mustProfessional certifications are a plus
