Key Responsibilities: –
- Design and review post-tensioning (PT) systems for slabs, beams, and structural elements.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, tendon profiles, and stressing layouts.
- Supervise on-site PT installation, stressing, and grouting operations.
- Monitor elongation results and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Conduct inspections of materials (tendons, anchors, ducts) and verify test reports Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in prestressed / post-tensioning works.
- Strong knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, or equivalent structural software.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise or hotel construction projects.
- Good understanding of ACI / BS standards.
- Valid registration with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
