Vacancy | Production Manager – Precast (Kharj, KSA)
A leading company is looking for an experienced Production Manager – Precast to oversee factory operations and drive production efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8–12 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role
Strong knowledge of precast processes, quality standards (ASTM/ACI)
Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Ability to read engineering drawings and manage production teams
Familiarity with ERP systems and production software
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and safety management skills
