Senior Airport Concept Design Architect

Create himself the architectural concept design for airport projects during tender and proposal stages, and develop to IFC design where needed.
Review, interpret, and translate RFP requirements into clear, compliant, and compelling design concepts.
Develop end-to-end concepts from vision to contractor-executable solutions aligned with design-and-build constraints.
Coordinate and distribute design tasks across disciplines (structure, MEP, landside/airside, etc.) to ensure integrated proposals.
Produce detailed BOQ for estimation team to budget the project
Produce high-quality 3D models, visuals, and renders to support bid submissions and client presentations.
Utilize BIM tools efficiently to ensure design accuracy, coordination, and constructability.
Deliver fast, creative, and competitive design solutions within tight tender timelines.
Explore and apply AI tools in design development, visualization, and workflow optimization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 8–16 years of experience in airport or large-scale transportation projects.
Proven background with mega design-and-build contractors and tender-focused teams.
Strong conceptual thinking with practical construction awareness.
Proven experience as a Senior Design Architect.
Strong background in tender and proposal design.
Construction detailing knowledge is a plus.
Experience in the Saudi / GCC market is a plus.
Based physically in Jeddah Head Office.
