- Supervise and train junior bakers and bakery staff
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
🎯 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker, with at least 3-5years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Creativity and attention to detail
